Now Hiring – Assistant Bookkeeper in Calgary

Censea Accounting & Business Solutions, a Calgary-based bookkeeping and accounting services firm, is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Bookkeeper. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time.

Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general bookkeeping for the firm's clients. The successful candidate will also have to perform general office assistant duties and travel to client locations. A vehicle will be required for this position.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • One to two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency with QB Online, QB Desktop, Sage 50, and Sage 300 (ACCPAC)
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Accounting Certificate or Diploma
